Two suspects have been arrested in Nairobi in separate land fraud cases involving properties worth about Ksh.160 million. David Ndegwa Mwangi is accused of fraudulently acquiring titles for three plots in Muthaiga worth Ksh.45 million each, while Abdul Hassan Tahalil allegedly forged documents to claim a Ksh.25 million property in Eastleigh. Both suspects are in custody after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions approved charges, and they are awaiting court appearance.
